Galveston Battle of the Badges is strictly a Police vs Fire Amateur Boxing Event. The proceeds from the event benefit The Sunshine Center of Galveston and Communities in Schools of Galveston County. Amaterur fighters are selected from local and regional police departments, fire departments, emergency medical services organizations and hospitals.
