FACT SHEET 85th Annual Dallas Regional Golden Gloves Sanction # 23-26-180883 Tournament: Tournament is open to Boxers who will be 17-40 on January 27, 2023 Dates: Jan. 27-29, 2023 Competition Site: Southern Junction Texas Venue : 101 N Rogers Rd.Irving, TX 75061 Host: Irving Police Athletic League General Weigh-ins: Sunday Jan. 22, 2023, from 8am to 11am At Irving PAL GYM 1550 Rock Island Rd Irving, TX 75060 Draw: Will be immediately after the weigh-ins are entered into computer Weigh-ins: Friday if needed 5pm. Saturday and Sunday 8am at Southern Junction Physicals Friday - 6:00pm / Saturday – Sunday 12:00pm At competition site, Southern Junction Texas Competition: Friday bouts will begin at 7:00pm. If needed. Saturday & Sunday bouts will begin at 1:00pm Divisions: Youth (men & women) 17-18 years old Senior (Men & women): 18-40 years old Elite (Women): 18-40 years old Elite (Men): 18-40 years old Weight Class: Youth-Senior-Elite Men 112,119,125,132,139,147,156,165,176,189,203, 203+ Youth-Elite Women 110,115,119,125,132,139,146,154,165,178,178+ Olympic weight classes indicated in Red / Non-citizens may compete in weights outlined in black. Age: Elite: Athletes in the Elite age division must be between the ages of 18-40 on January 27, 2023. Youth: Athletes in the Youth age division must be between the ages of 17-18 on January 27, 2023.
