By opting in to USA Boxing SMS text messages, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not opt in.

USA Boxing operates this text messaging program to deliver operational and informational notifications to registered members. Messages may include event updates and on-site communications during tournaments, membership and certification renewal reminders, status changes affecting participation eligibility, and similar account-related notifications.

By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in — by checking the consent box during account registration, event registration, certification application, or in your account communication preferences — you consent to receive SMS text messages from USA Boxing at that number. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase or membership.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, event participation, and time of year. Higher message volume may occur during tournament periods or around membership renewal dates.

Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan. USA Boxing is not responsible for any charges you incur from your mobile carrier as a result of participating in this program.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to network conditions and is not guaranteed.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages unless you opt back in. You may also disable text notifications through the Text Preferences tab in your account.

After opting out, you may resubscribe at any time by replying START to our number, or by re-enabling text notifications through the Text Preferences tab in your account.

This service is available to registered members of USA Boxing who have provided affirmative consent to receive SMS messages. Recipients must be at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must consent on your behalf.

For information about how mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in records are collected, used, and protected, see our Communications Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent records are not shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

USA Boxing reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent change took effect. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
