PEEWEE, BANTAM, INTERMEDIATE, JUNIOR and YOUTH ONLY

Registration Opens: Wednesday, October 15th ($10 Registration Fee must be paid on Konquer) Registration Closes: Saturday, November 1st at midnight EST.  

Weight Changes Allowed: Boxers can make changes to their weight via Konquer Club. Weight Change Deadline: November 1st, 2025 

*Boxers & Coaches cannot register nor make changes at the event*

Age Division Determination: Boxers will be classified based on their age during the 2026 calendar year.

YOUTH division boxers must not be 18 years of age by 2/28/2026.

PEEWEE division boxers must be 8 years of age by their first date of competition.

Weigh-ins and Competion will be completed at Shirley Heim Middle School, 320 Telegraph Road, Stafford, VA  22554

Weigh-Ins - 8-10am SHARP!! NO WEIGHT ALLOWANCE!!!!!

Spectator Fees & Policy: $20 / FREE for 5 and under  

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS AN ADVANCING TOURNAMENT. 

ALL STATE CHAMPIONS WILL QUALIFY TO COMPETE IN THE REGION 3 SILVER GLOVES TOURNAMENT HELD IN JACKSONVILLE, NC JANUARY 9-11, 2026. 

ALL REGIONAL CHAMPIONS WILL QUALIFY TO COMPETE IN THE NATIONAL SILVER GLOVES TOURNAMENT HELD IN INDEPENDENCE, MO FEBRUARY 24-28, 2026. 

Annual Athlete Physical: 

ALL boxers competing in the 2025 Virginia Silver Gloves must have a current athlete physical for the competition dates of the tournament. Physicals are valid for 12 months from the date the physical is performed. Physicals MUST BE UPLOADED to the Boxer’s WebPoint profile. 2025 Membership ID cards MUST display the current physical date.  

Please allow 5-7 business days for the forms to be verified by the National Office. 

NO PHYSICALS WILL BE COMPLETED AT THE EVENT!
