We are building champions in and out of the ring one at a time we instill disciplines, honor, respect for one self and others, loyalty and hard work ethics. We are an alternative to negativity with high positive energy and family orientated. Let us help you achieve your dreams rather it's just to lose weight be healthy or to be ranked in amateur professional level boxing. We promote our own amateur and pro boxing shows we have trained Corner men, cut men and managers. We offer team stretching, exercise and technique classes along with  personal one on one training. We have life coaches, Financial advisors and we really care about our Boxers and community. We are Christian-based our team name is House Of Pain East with an Acronym of HOPE
