ALL BOXERS, COACHES & OFFICIALS ARE WELCOMED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS EVENT
- USA Citizenship is NOT required
  - Please invite other NATIONAL FEDERATIONS to Participate

PLEASE plan for ALL BOXERS to:
- CHECK-IN - Wednesday, March 11th
- DEPART - Sunday, March 15th

THESE ARE TENTATIVE PLANS - THEY ARE BEING DEVELOPED AND WILL BE MODIFIED

There will be NO OFFICIAL GENERAL WEIGH-IN.  Boxers will weigh-in ONLY on days they compete.
Trial Scales will be available daily throughout the Check-In and Competition schedule.
On Competition days, Trial Scales will open at 5:00AM.  ALL WEIGH-INS WILL BE CONDUCTED IN POUNDS (LBS)
Daily weigh-ins will be AT 6:00AM.  Scales will close when the last boxer in line crosses.
Bracket Bouts will be held to the Weight Category, NO ALLOWANCES & NO FULL UNDRESS allowed.
Matched Bouts will use the weight criteria in the Matchmaking Guide in Appendix F of the USA Boxing Rulebook.

Wednesday, March 11th - ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN
- Check-In 12:00pm to 8:00pm (MUST be Checked in in person or Online by 8:00pm)
- Boxers will receive head shots at check in (Please come prepared for a headshot photo)
- Boxers will also be able to sign up for the Hand Mitt competition Thursday 6pm-8pm 
- Turn in Boxer's passbooks and receive Credentials & giveaways                                                                                                                                                                 

Thursday, March 12th - Check In, Technical Meetings, Tournament Draw, Open Workouts, and Hand Mitt Competition 
- Check-In: 7:00am-10:00am (Coaches)                                                                                                                                                                                                                   
- Garden of the Gods excursion (Boxers and Coaches): 8:00am-10:00am                                                                                                                                                                   
 - Buses will load at 7:00am from DoubleTree (Must be credentialed)
 - Bagels will be provided at the Hotel prior to Garden of the Gods                                                                                                                                                                            
- USA Boxing Open Workouts for Boxers and Coaches: 11:00am-2:30pm                                                                                                                                                                     
 - Buses will take participants from the Garden of the Gods back to the Doubletree Hotel                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           
 - Participants will attend the open workout in age groups in the Grand Ballroom 

Ages   8-12: 11:00am-12:00pm 
Ages 13-16: 12:15pm-1:15pm 
Ages    17+: 1:30pm-2:30pm

- Technical Rules Meeting: 3:00 PM
- Tournament draw and match pairings: 4:00 PM
- Hand Mitt Competition: 6:00PM-8:00PM

Friday, March 13th - Day 1 - Tournament & Matched Bouts
  - Matches decided by age, weight, and experience
  - 6 pm:  All boxers compete

Saturday, March 14th - Day 2 - Competition (Finals) and Evening Gala
 - 12 pm: Competition begins
 - 7pm-9pm: Evening Gala & Awards
